Just Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer on behalf of our client based near Ipswich. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team within a dynamic business committed to delivering service excellence. You will play a key role in supporting clients across a variety of sectors, including care and legal services.
The Role:
- You will provide high-quality remote support using PSA and RMM tools, manage telephone-based queries, and take ownership of technical issues through to resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver efficient, high-quality remote IT support
- Configure and maintain Microsoft 365 tenants (Exchange, SharePoint, Azure AD, Endpoint Manager)
- Install and configure Windows 11 and mobile devices
- Diagnose and troubleshoot IT issues, including mail flow and client configuration
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation of completed work
- Ensure cyber security best practices are followed at all times
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Office applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel)
- Experience with Windows installations and software configuration
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools such as Event Viewer and Command Prompt
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to take ownership of issues
