Just Recruitment is working with a long standing business, based in Halstead - they are looking to recruit a 'hands on' Customer Service Advisor to their long standing team.
The key purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive customer service and administrative support.
This role involves managing customer enquiries, processing orders and supporting purchasing and inventory processes.
The role requires building strong customer relationships and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Key duties include: Customer
Service: Answer incoming calls and emails from customers regarding spare parts inquiries, orders, and issues Provide accurate and timely information about product availability, pricing, and delivery options.
Assist customers regarding product identification.
Monitor customer orders for any pending issues, addressing concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide accurate and timely quotes to customers.
- Order Processing and
- Inventory
Management: Process customer orders from receipt to fulfilment, including parts, spares, and main products.
Maintain SAP to ensure accurate data (e. g., back orders, inventory acceptance, shipping updates).
Assist with maintaining parts price lists and communicate updates to customers.
Process returns, and credit notes according to company policies.
Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment. Assist with packing of parts for UPS deliveries as required.
Product Knowledge Develop a strong understanding of the company's spare parts product range Stay updated on product specifications, features, and compatibility Provide technical advice and support to customers as needed.
Other Duties required: Handle general office administration, including documentation and accurate data inputting.
Maintain regular communication with the Credit Control regarding disputed invoices or customer orders Contribute to process improvement initiatives Cover holiday and sick leave as required.
Attend the warehouse when necessary and participate in yearly stock takes.
This role is base don the outskirts of Halstead and you will need access to your own transport. Hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
