Working hours are Tuesday - Friday 1pm - 5pm (16 hours per week) plus 1 full day on the last working day of the month. Our client is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join their team and provide administrative and finance support across the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for raising a variety of invoices in a timely and accurate manner, using information provided through internal systems and processes. The role requires maintaining accurate records of correspondence and communications, as well as proactively liaising with external clients regarding invoices and related queries. You will work closely with colleagues across all departments and levels of the organisation to ensure invoices are raised correctly and efficiently.
