Just Recruitment is working with an innovative business, looking to recruit a E-Commerce Manager, to join their team, based on the outskirts of Colchester. The key purpose of this role is to lead their global E-Commerce strategy. This is an exciting role to help shape the future of this company by getting involved at an early stage. The ideal candidate will be a team player as well as being self-motivated to strive for improvement across the business. You will be highly organised and capable of managing a dynamic workload, whilst relishing working with internal and external stakeholders. Key duties include: To oversee the roll out of our Shopify platform on a global basis. This will involve the launch of around 12 new markets in 2025 In addition, we are looking to expand our presence on Amazon and some other online marketplaces Build on our E-Commerce strategic plan, focusing on setting realistic revenue targets and objectives Working with existing distributors to clearly understand their E-Commerce requirements Manage and own the digital marketing strategy including SEO, PPC and Social Media – including managing external digital agencies.
