The Just Recruitment Group Ltd is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator for their client based in Alfreton, Derbyshire.
Our client is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator (Supply Chain) to join their Customer Operations team on a 6-9 month fixed-term contract, supporting the team during an important period for the business.
You'll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the right products, at the right time, acting as an important link between our customers, Commercial teams, Supply Chain and logistics partners.
From coordinating customer orders and monitoring deliveries to resolving issues and keeping stakeholders informed, you'll help ensure our day-to-day customer operations continue to run smoothly and that we maintain excellent levels of service.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, customer-focused and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
About You: You'll be comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and able to quickly understand processes, build relationships and manage multiple priorities.
Previous experience within Customer Service, Customer Operations, Order Management or Supply Chain would be beneficial.
Experience within an FMCG environment would be an advantage, particularly given the fast-paced nature of the role.
As this is a 6-9 month fixed-term contract, we're particularly looking for someone who can get up to speed quickly, take ownership of their responsibilities and make a positive contribution from the outset.
This is a hybrid role Monday-Friday, working 3 days in the office in Alfreton and can work 2 days from home.
Need to be able to work 'core' hours in the office between 10am and 4pm, making up rest of hours before or after that time to complete an 8 hour working day.
