The Just Recruitment Group Ltd is currently recruiting for a part time Administrator for an engineering manufacturer, based in Telford. This role is on a part time basis, initially 16 hours per week. Experience of working within a manufacturing / engineering environment would be advantageous. This role will provide administrative support to the company's accountancy, purchasing team and General Manager. Duties will include: Updating monthly reports using excel Purchasing of required project components Inspection and booking in of external components Loading of new orders and updating CRM system Keeping accurate records of internal stock levels Working with the General Manager to ensure that the QMS documentation is kept up to date.
