Reporting to the Quality Manager, The Just Recruitment Group Ltd is currently recruiting for a Quality Coordinator to join the Quality team of an engineering company, based in Tiverton, Devon. The Quality Coordinator will undertake a variety of tasks within the Quality Department, with various tasks being shown below:
- Processing / chasing customer complaints and investigations
- Completing weekly Quality KPI Data
- Manage all customer returns
- Inspect returns for going back into stock.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Basic use of metrology equipment
- Knowledge of spreadsheets
- Working understanding of ERP systems
- Aware of ISO9001
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced computer skills using Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work well with diverse groups of people and be able to function independently of direct supervision
Hours of Work: 39 hours per week Mon - Thu 7am to 4pm, Friday 7am to 12pm
