Just Recruitment is proud to be supporting a well-established and growing business in Ipswich in their search for a talented Power Apps Developer to join their friendly and dynamic team. Reporting to the Digital Development Manager, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining Power Apps-led digital reporting and data platforms. Your work will support both Project Live initiatives and wider business operations.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and hands-on developer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, build, and maintain Power Apps solutions (Canvas and Model-driven)
- Take ownership of Power Platform solutions from initial design through to deployment, support, and continuous improvement
- Support data modelling, preparation, and management for reporting platforms such as Power BI
- Manage and maintain Dataverse data models, relationships, and security roles
- Support and enhance digital reporting platforms across the business
- Manage and prioritise reporting and development backlogs
- Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven)
- Strong experience working with Microsoft Power Platform tools
- Solid development background including C#, HTML5, and CSS
- Experience with data modelling and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Ability to take ownership of solutions from design through to ongoing support and enhancement
- A proactive, self-motivated individual
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- A passion for continuous improvement and innovation
Hybrid Working available after successful completion of probationary period (3 days in the office, 2 days at home). Monday - Friday (9:00am - 5:00pm)
