Monday - Friday, weekly rotating shift pattern.

The Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of warehouse operations, ensuring customer expectations and site standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating Counterbalance Forklift Trucks safely and efficiently
  • Carrying out daily FLT checks and reporting any defects or failures
  • Ensuring stock rotation is completed in line with site procedures
  • Reporting damaged goods or equipment promptly
  • Completing pre-loading vehicle inspections
  • Loading vehicles carefully to prevent product damage
  • Maintaining effective communication with hauliers and management
  • Following escalation procedures for any operational issues or non-compliance
  • Ensuring all visitors and personnel adhere to site HSE procedures
  • Ensuring all dispatched products are accompanied by the correct documentation
  • Maintaining high standards of health safety at all times

Skills Experience Required

  • Previous warehouse experience is essential
  • Valid Counterbalance FLT licence is essential
  • Full UK driving licence is required
