We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Front Desk Officer to manage customer interactions and support showroom operations.
Key Responsibilities- Handle incoming phone calls and attend to general enquiries
- Greet customers, perform check-in, and announce their arrival
- Manage the Sales Executive turn system
- Ensure the showroom is clean, tidy, and well-organized
- Maintain display vehicles (interior and exterior) in presentable condition
- Serve refreshments to customers
- Perform general administrative duties as assigned
- Prior experience in receptionist or customer-facing roles preferred
- Customer-oriented with a positive service attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing, enthusiastic, and people-focused personality
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and data entry
- Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays (replacement off will be provided)
- Willing to work at offsite locations when required
- 2 off days per week
- Mon to Sat Shifts: 0830 – 1600 / 1630 / 1730 / 1900, 0900 – 1800 / 1900, 1000 – 1900
- Sun / Public Holiday Shifts: 0930 – 1700 / 1730 / 1800, 1000 – 1800
