Our client in Norfolk is looking for a Physiotherapist to join them on a part time basis.

Our client is a purpose built care home that provides en-suite accommodation for residents with neurological conditions. The home is designed for individuals with a physical disability or neurological condition.
Summary of Main Responsibilities
The Therapist will take the overall lead in the physiotherapeutic management of clients. The post will entail working predominantly as a sole practitioner with some supervision and be responsible for taking overall clinical lead in the management of clients on the physiotherapy caseload.
Clinical Role
- Assessment of clients on admission to establish level of care and therapeutic involvement
- Establishing clients on a goal focused, milestone driven management plan in liaison with all member of the MDT
- Represent physiotherapy service at MDT meetings to discuss on-going management and raise issues relevant to each individual client
- Assist with education of care staff in safe patient and load handling principles and techniques
- Develop evidence based, effective treatment techniques in line with level of expertise and clinical training
- Take responsibility for own development in clinical knowledge and skills in line with framework set out by CSP
- Maintain accurate and concise treatment records in line with CPS Core Standards of Practice
- Establish links with referrers and outside interested parties with the physiotherapy service
- Manage physiotherapy assistant timetable and caseload in line with clients needs and to ensure maximum efficiency of service
- Complete timely progress reports for clients on treatment
- Ensure all relevant stakeholders are kept informed of any changes in patients treatment plan
- Access local hydrotherapy services and manage and implement hydrotherapy rota in line with clients goals
- Continue to develop role of lead physiotherapist in Oak Farm Clinic
- Ensure Gym is presentable and accessible for clients attending physiotherapy
- Maintain registration with Health Professions Councils (HPC) and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy
