The Opportunity

We are building the Ai for Home Life. This role is an opportunity to shape the frontier of home life management and the practice of Ai native product management. Just Move In helps people set up their homes when they move. Our AI agent Jay handles energy, insurance, broadband, and home services. We are evolving the product into a full-fledged Home OS to help people manage their home services before, during and after their move. The plan is to rollout globally in the next 12 months.

Our B2B2C product is integrated and embedded into key players in the moving industry (CRM, Letting agents, property portals, deposit schemes etc) making it easier to manage the admin of moving while increasing monetisation. We are looking for a B2B product manager who can turn partner integrations into a scalable growth engine. Someone who thinks in APIs, activation funnels, and partner experience as seriously as consumer PMs think about user experience. They will also need to lead the automation of our overall business operations leveraging ai native workflows to power sales, customer service and operations.

What You'll Own

  • The partner platform. Integrate Just Move In into third-party systems (CRMs, referencing tools, deposit schemes) so we capture movers at the trigger point. API, CSV, and native integrations.
  • B2B products. Void Manager (simplifies empty property admin for letting agents on move-ins and move-outs), change of occupancy automation, and partner portals. Products that solve real problems for property professionals.
  • Partner growth. Work with our commercial team to activate and scale partnerships. Measure activation rate, moves per partner, integration velocity, and partner NPS.
  • Integration quality. Own the reliability, speed, and data quality of partner data flowing into our platform. When a partner sends us a move, the experience should be seamless.
  • B2B metrics. Partner activation rate, moves received per partner, integration velocity, void completion rate, partner NPS. You're accountable for the growth that partnerships deliver.

In the First 90 Days

  • Deeply understand our current partner integrations, their technical architecture, and where we lose moves between partner handoff and user activation.
  • Ship an improvement to partner onboarding or activation that measurably increases moves from at least one partner.
  • Build relationships with key partner stakeholders. Understand their pain points, not just ours.
  • Map the integration pipeline and develop a prioritisation framework for new partner types (deposit schemes, mortgage software, conveyancing platforms).
  • Establish your operating rhythm with Engineering and the commercial team.

What Success Looks Like

  • 3 months: You can explain every partner integration we have: how it works, where it breaks, and what it costs us. You've shipped something that moved partner activation. The partnerships team sees you as their product counterpart.
  • 12 months: Integration velocity has doubled. New partner types are live. Void Manager is generating revenue. You've built the playbook for how we onboard and scale partners. The B2B product surface is a competitive advantage, not a bottleneck.

You Might Be Right If

  • 3-7 years of product management experience, ideally with B2B, platform, or API products. You've built things that other businesses use.
  • You understand integrations. APIs, webhooks, data pipelines, CSV imports. You've worked with messy partner data and know how to make it reliable.
  • You've worked in proptech, fintech, or a marketplace where partner/supplier integrations were core to the business model. You know the pain of third-party dependencies.
  • You think about partner experience. A partner portal isn't an afterthought. It's a product. You care as much about the letting agent's workflow as the consumer's.
  • You ship fast. You'd rather ship something imperfect and learn than debate the perfect solution.
  • You're commercially minded. You understand that each integration is a growth channel. You think about activation rates and revenue per partner, not just technical delivery.
  • You've operated in early-stage or high-growth environments where you wore multiple hats and figured things out without a playbook.

AI-Native is Non-Negotiable

This isn't a nice-to-have. It's a hard requirement. You already use AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, Copilot) daily in your product work. Not as an experiment. As your workflow. You write specs with AI. You analyse data with AI. You prototype with AI. You move faster because of it.

We don't want PMs who write tickets. We want PMs who define outcomes and use AI to accelerate everything in between. In your application, tell us how AI has changed your PM practice. Be specific.

You're Probably Not Right If

  • You need a large team to feel effective. We're lean and you'll be hands-on.
  • You prefer working on consumer-facing products only. This role is about making partners successful.
  • You see integrations as grunt work. We see them as our growth engine.
  • You optimise for consensus over velocity. We move fast, disagree openly, and commit fully.
  • You're uncomfortable navigating ambiguity across multiple stakeholders with different incentives.

We Particularly Welcome Applications from Women and Underrepresented Groups in Product and Technology

Research shows people from underrepresented groups often don't apply unless they meet 100% of the criteria. If this role excites you, apply anyway. We'd rather hear from you than miss out because of a checklist.

Just Move In is a certified B Corp. We believe diverse teams build better products. We're committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone can do their best work. If you need any adjustments to our interview process, let us know.

How We Work

  • Empowered teams. We give teams problems to solve, not features to build. Discovery and delivery, not roadmap administration.
  • Commercial ownership. Product owns P&L. Great customer experience and strong commercial performance are both required.
  • Design-centric. The user sits at the centre of every decision. Design leads the experience. Product ensures we're solving the right problems at the right time.
  • AI-native. We don't just build with AI. We build for AI. Our codebase is designed for agents. Our thinking starts with 'what would this look like if AI did it?'
  • Velocity obsessed. Speed is a feature. We bias toward shipping, learning, and iterating over planning, debating, and perfecting.

The Details

Competitive salary + meaningful equity (we want you to own what you build). Hybrid in London (we value face-time for collaboration, but trust you to manage your work). You'll work closely with our Design Lead, Head of Engineering/AI, and a team of engineers and AI specialists who have worked at Uber, Apple, Match Group, Microsoft, Google, and Meta.

Interested?

We're not looking for a CV-perfect candidate. We're looking for someone who reads this and thinks 'this is exactly the problem I want to solve.' The best product people we know are insatiably curious. Show us yours.

Apply: CV, LinkedIn, and then send me (Shareq Husain) a short message on linkedin with what excites you about building the ai for home life at Just Move In. Tell us how AI has changed the way you work. Tell us what you'd ship first.
