Just Mortgages, part of Spicerhaart – the UK’s largest independent property group – is looking for an experienced Mortgage and Protection Advisor to be based in the South Wales area. The role is self‑employed, fully flexible and hybrid based, working from a local team office a few days a week.

Qualifying Criteria
- Hold a Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) or an equivalent qualification
- Experience within the mortgage brokerage market
- A consistent track record of achieving goals in your current role
- Proactive and self‑motivated with a proven record of exceeding targets
- Excellent understanding of mortgage market, products and services
- Confident presenter
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to overcome challenges
- Experience of financial services sales and understanding of compliance regulations
- A passion for delivering a fantastic customer experience
- Legally entitled to live and work in the UK in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006. Evidence of right to work (proof of address, identity and NI) is required prior to a formal offer
