We are looking for an experienced and driven Mortgage Advisor to join our team in Dartford! This role is ideal for a motivated professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality advice and helping clients secure the most suitable mortgage solutions.
Requirements
- Must hold CeMAP qualification or equivalent
- Experience of Mortgage and Protection Advising is essential
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK
- Proof of right to work (passport, birth certificate, etc.)
- Proof of Address, National Insurance, full UK Driving Licence
- Subject to passing probationary period

Key skills and responsibilities
- Engage with clients and stakeholders via email, phone, face‑to‑face and social media videos
- Multitask and manage numerous responsibilities effectively
- Maintain regular contact with vendors, buyers and developers to maximise opportunities
- Collaborate with peers within branch for referrals
- Proactively seek new opportunities while maintaining existing relationships
- Camera presence for social media outreach
- Generate and maintain client relationships and business
- Follow up in‑branch leads from Estate Agency team; maximise value from each client
- Generate own leads and business
- Work with Estate Agency, Admin, Training & Development, Compliance, Divisional Sales Director to ensure efficient client processes
- Provide exceptional client care and experience from start to finish
Working Hours
- Full‑time office based Monday – Friday 08:30 – 18:00
- Alternate Saturdays 09:00 – 17:00
- Day off in lieu when working a Saturday
