Job Responsibilities
- Engage with people from diverse backgrounds, establishing their needs and wants through effective communication via email, phone, face-to-face, and social media channels.
- Manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, demonstrating strong multitasking skills.
- Maintain relationships with vendors, buyers, and developers to capitalize on opportunities while providing high-quality customer service.
- Collaborate with branch peers to identify referral opportunities.
- Take accountability for KPIs by proactively seeking new opportunities and maintaining existing relationships.
- Present confidently in front of a camera to engage audiences, generate and maintain client relationships, and maximize in-branch opportunities.
- Follow up on in-branch leads and maximize value from each client.
- Generate personal leads and business opportunities.
- Work closely with the Estate Agency team, Admin, Training and Development, Compliance, and Divisional Sales Director to ensure efficient processes.
- Provide exceptional client care throughout the customer journey, exceeding expectations.
Working Hours
- Full-time, office-based role
- Monday – Friday 08:30 – 18:00
- Alternate Saturdays 09:00 – 17:00
- Day off in lieu when working a Saturday
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold CeMAP qualification or an industry equivalent.
- Experience in Mortgage and Protection Advising is essential.
- Legal entitlement to work in the UK, with evidence such as passport or birth certificate.
- Proof of address, National Insurance, and full UK driving licence.
- Subject to passing probation.
