As an experienced New Homes Mortgage and Protection Adviser, we would expect you to:
- Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business
- Maximise in-branch opportunities
- Thrive within a challenging yet stimulating environment

- Basic annual salary £22,000 - £28,000 depending on your experience + guaranteed monthly amount whilst you build your pipeline for up to 6 months

- Maintaining relationships with vendors, buyers and developers whilst also being flexible to meet their requirements and availability including weekends
- Engaging with people from all walks of life. You’re able to hold conversations to establish their needs and wants. You communicate effectively through email, phone, face to face and on videos for our social channels
- Strong presence in front of a camera where you appeal to and engage with your audience to maximize your reach
- Collaborating with your peers within your branch to build relationships to assist in identifying opportunities for referrals
- Taking accountability for your KPIs through proactively seeking new opportunities whilst maintaining existing relationships
- Spinning a lot of plates, you’ve mastered multitasking and excel at managing numerous responsibilities and tasks
