We are looking for an experienced and driven Mortgage Advisor to join our team in Dartford! This role is ideal for a motivated professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality advice and helping clients secure the most suitable mortgage solutions. To be considered for this role, you must hold CeMAP qualification or equivalent.

- On target earnings of £65,000+ per year

What do you need to be good at?
- Engaging with people from all walks of life.
- Communicating effectively through email, phone, face to face and on videos for our social channels.
- Mastering multitasking and managing numerous responsibilities and tasks.
- Maintaining relationships through regular contact with vendors, buyers and developers.
- Collaborating with peers within your branch to identify opportunities for referrals.
- Taking accountability for your KPIs through proactively seeking new opportunities.
- Having a strong presence in front of a camera to engage with your audience.
Your responsibilities as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser
- Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business.
- Follow up on in-branch leads generated by the Estate Agency team.
- Generate your own leads and business.
- Work in tandem with various teams to ensure an efficient process for the client.
- Provide exceptional client care and experience from beginning to end.
Working Hours
This role is full time office based. Monday - Friday 08:30 - 18:00. Alternate Saturdays 09:00 - 17:00. Day off in lieu when working a Saturday.

- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
- Evidence of right to work in the UK: Passport or Birth Certificate.
- Proof of Address.
- National Insurance.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
