Experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser – Brixton. To be considered for this role, you must hold CeMAP qualification or equivalent.

What do you need to be good at:
- Engaging with people from all walks of life.
- Communicating effectively through email, phone, face to face and on videos for our social channels.
- Multitasking and managing numerous responsibilities and tasks.
- Maintaining relationships through regular contact with vendors, buyers and developers.
- Collaborating with peers within your branch to build relationships for referrals.
- Taking accountability for your KPIs by proactively seeking new opportunities.
- Having a strong presence in front of a camera to engage with your audience.
Your responsibilities as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser:
- Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business.
- Follow up on in-branch leads generated by the Estate Agency team.
- Generate your own leads and business.
- Work in tandem with various teams to ensure an efficient process for the client.
- Provide exceptional client care and experience from beginning to end.
Working Hours:
This role is full time office based. Monday - Friday 08:30 - 18:00. Alternate Saturdays 09:00 - 17:00. Day off in lieu when working a Saturday.

- It is essential that you currently hold CeMAP qualification, or an industry equivalent qualification.
- Experience of Mortgage and Protection Advising is essential.
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006).
