Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Protection Advisor based in Ilford, with the flexibility of some work from home. The Protection Advisor will be responsible for providing expert advice on protection products, developing tailored protection plans for clients, conducting thorough financial needs analysis, maintaining high standards of customer service, and managing ongoing client relationships. Daily tasks will also include generating leads, following up with potential clients, and staying updated with the latest industry regulations and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of protection products and financial services
• Experience in conducting financial needs analysis and creating tailored protection plans
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Ability to generate leads and follow through with potential clients
• Knowledge of industry regulations and staying up-to-date with product knowledge
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and from home
• Relevant certifications or licenses in financial services are a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
