Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Broker. The Mortgage Broker will be responsible for assisting clients in obtaining mortgage financing, conducting financial analysis, negotiating mortgage terms, and providing expert advice on mortgage products. The day-to-day tasks include lead generation, client consultation, application processing, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role also involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and industry partners.

Qualifications

  • 12 months minimum experience in mortgage brokering, financial analysis, and client consulting
  • Strong understanding of mortgage products, market conditions, and regulations
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in lead generation and business development techniques
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with strong time management skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media solutions is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Professional certifications in mortgage brokering or related fields are a plus
