Role Description

This is a full-time office based role for an Adviser. As an Adviser, you will be responsible for providing mortgage and protection advice and developing client relationships. Daily tasks include:

  • Client consultations
  • Assessing clients’ financial situations
  • Recommending suitable mortgage and protection products
  • Processing applications
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and products

You will work collaboratively with business managers to achieve your targets and receive continuous support and training.

Qualifications

  • Experience in providing mortgage and protection advice, including knowledge of mortgage products and financial services
  • Strong client relationship management skills, including assessing clients’ financial situations and recommending suitable solutions
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote work setting
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Relevant industry qualifications such as CeMAP or equivalent
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Experience in using digital marketing and social media tools for business development is a plus
  • Proven ability to achieve targets and grow a client base
