The Just Recruitment Group Ltd is currently recruiting for an Industrial Process Engineer on behalf of their client based in Braintree, Essex. The successful candidate will lead the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, production flows and information flows across the site, while ensuring industrial methods remain effective, controlled and aligned to operational needs. They will also act as the key link between manufacturing, quality and R&D/PLM to support product and process industrialisation, validate feasibility and improve site performance against quality, cost, delivery and safety objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years' relevant experience in manufacturing, process engineering or industrial engineering.
  • Experience of process development, process validation, statistical process control and quality control requirements.
  • Good working knowledge of continuous improvement principles, including 5S and structured problem-solving techniques.
  • Technical capability in CAD or technical drawing packages, CNC-related environments and advanced IT systems.
  • Strong communication, planning and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external suppliers.
  • Hands-on, systematic and results-focused approach, with the ability to prioritise, implement ideas and perform under pressure.
