Peter Alexander is not your typical fashion retailer—we’re about fun, comfort, self-expression and bringing joy to sleepwear lovers everywhere. A household favourite in Australia for over 35 years, the brand is now expanding in the UK, and we’re looking for a Stock Lead who’s ready to help lead our dream team at Stratford. Yes, you can wear pyjamas to work. But this role is so much more than that – you’ll take ownership of all stock-related operations, support the smooth running of the store, and help deliver an exceptional experience for every customer, as we bring the Peter Alexander magic to the UK.
This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position, requiring flexibility to work weekends, late-night trading hours, and some bank holidays.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and lead the store and offsite stock operations whilst maintaining stock standards
- Assist in coordinating and executing store transfers
- Work closely with the leadership team to ensure transparency across all stock related processes is maintained
- Actively participate in performance discussions to enhance your own development and that of your team
- Assist with set up of store promotions and visual merchandising
- Provide a genuine and unique experience for every customer which is in line with the Peter Alexander brand
- Work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve both individual and store targets
- Minimise stock loss by following company loss prevention policies and procedures
- Promote and comply with Company Health & Safety Policies and Procedures
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Stock control or stock management experience within a retail environment
- Demonstrate confidence to approach, connect and sell to our customers
- Value integrity and doing things the right way
- Enjoy working with a team in a high energy, fast paced environment
- Be ‘solutions focused’ when faced with problems
