Peter Alexander is not your typical fashion retailer—we’re about fun, comfort, self-expression and bringing joy to sleepwear lovers everywhere. A household favourite in Australia for over 35 years, the brand is now expanding in the UK, and we’re looking for a Sales Assistant who’s ready to help lead our dream team at White City.
Yes, you can wear pyjamas to work. But this role is so much more than that – you’ll engage with customers, support the team to hit sales targets, ensure excellent service, and help create the Peter Alexander magic for every visitor as we grow in the UK. This is a full-time position with a rota of 40 hours per week, requiring availability on weekends, late-night trading hours, and bank holidays. Additional hours may be available in line with store rota needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide a genuine and memorable customer experience in line with the Peter Alexander brand
- Work collaboratively within a team to achieve sales targets and store goals
- Assist with stock management, processing, and replenishment
- Support the team with visual merchandising and promotional changes
- Help maintain store standards, ensuring a welcoming and organised environment
- Follow company policies to minimise stock loss
