Key Responsibilities
- Act as a technical expert across multiple Workday modules and continually expand your knowledge of our Workday landscape, in particular Advanced Compensation.
- Support configuration and rollout of annual HR processes – especially Advanced Compensation and Talent & Performance cycles.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and become an escalation point for Workday Support Analysts and HR Operations.
- Safeguard data integrity, ensure best‑practice governance, and handle sensitive information with care.
- Lead the development of standardised dashboards, advanced reporting toolkits, and executive‑level insights.
- Own and enhance Workday integrations and maintain robust security configurations.
- Partner with HR stakeholders, external consultants, and project teams on a mix of BAU tasks and strategic initiatives.
- Support tenant management, testing cycles, and Workday’s biannual releases.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve configuration, and deliver impactful enhancements.
- Contribute Workday subject‑matter expertise to roadmap projects and the small‑change backlog.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a technical lead in Workday HCM/Reporting and Advanced Compensation.
- Prior experience in a data analytics role.
- Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to translate business needs into smart technical solutions.
- Good written and verbal communication skills; able to explain system changes to non‑technical employees.
- Passion and aptitude for all things data, process and system involved.
- Strong competency in Excel.
- Workday Pro Certification – desirable.
- Data and Analytics Certification / Qualification – desirable.
