Purpose of the role
The Senior Reporting Manager (UK Reporting) will be responsible for managing the delivery of reporting for both the Group and subsidiaries to fulfil UK reporting requirements, including IFRS and Solvency II reporting, financial reporting to the FCA, ABI, ONS, and contributing towards PRA Solvency and Liquidity reporting.
Responsibilities
- IFRS annual financial statements and associated narrative reporting
- Solvency Financial Condition Report
- Regular reporting to the FCA, ABI and ONS
- Regular Solvency and Liquidity reporting (non‑life companies)
- Oversight of IFRS and Solvency II results for quarterly reporting
- Debt covenant reporting
Qualifications
- Qualified accountant with significant post‑qualification experience is essential
- Financial reporting experience required
- Insurance industry experience required
- IFRS 17 financial reporting experience is desirable
- Life insurance industry experience is desirable
- IFRS and Solvency II skills and knowledge
