We are seeking ambitious Team Administrators / Administration Support on a 3-4 month FTC to join our HUB team, delivering exceptional and friendly service. If you are strong in organizing, planning, and have good attention to detail, come join us at The HUB Group.
Our Administration Support team provides administrative services that support the wider business, underpinning everything we do for our customers and partners. A full induction and training programme is provided to help you deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Location: Belfast City. Fully office-based
This is a full-time, 35-hour per week contract, Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the business, including distributing inbound communications from advisors, solicitors, and clients with accurate task creation and filing. This role offers a great starting point for career development within the company.
A comprehensive training and induction programme will be provided to ensure you deliver exceptional customer service, being helpful and making interactions easy, efficient, and positive.
