Join us in shaping a reward strategy that truly makes an impact. We’re looking for a curious, data‑driven Reward Analyst to play a key role in shaping how we attract, motivate and retain brilliant people. Sitting within our People Team, you’ll support the design, delivery and ongoing evolution of our reward approach — ensuring it’s competitive, fair, and aligned to our business strategy. Reporting to the Head of Reward, you’ll support key reward activities including annual compensation cycles, market benchmarking and statutory reporting, while acting as a subject matter expert for the Workday Compensation module. You’ll work closely with People, Finance and System partners to ensure reward processes are robust, data led and aligned to the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support our annual compensation and bonus review cycles with high‑quality analysis and actionable insights.
- Act as the Workday Compensation subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to the People team and stakeholders.
- Own the accurate gender and ethnicity pay gap reporting and insight.
- Build and maintain reward models, dashboards and scenarios to inform data led decision making.
- Provide market benchmarking insight to inform reward decisions and ensure we stay competitive.
- Support the delivery of the reward strategy through data led decision making.
- Ensure reward data quality and consistency across systems.
- Provide reward insight, advice and ad hoc queries to the People Team and the wider business.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role, supporting annual compensation, bonus or incentive programmes.
- Experience in Workday HRIS system, in particular Workday Compensation module.
- Experience in conducting market benchmarking and salary survey analysis to inform reward decisions.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas) and confidence across MS Office.
- Advanced analytical and numerical skills, with experience handling large datasets.
- Exposure to job evaluation and grading methodology (e.g WTW or AON).
- Previous experience producing gender/ethnicity pay gap reward reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication, able to present complex data clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Highly organised, able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong decision making, problem solving and evaluation skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Understanding of reward principles, benchmarking, benefits administration, and relevant reporting requirements.
