The Information Security Analyst is a dynamic, hands-on technical role where you’ll work side-by-side with our SOC, senior analysts, and cloud security specialists to tackle real threats. You’ll play a key part in elevating our detection, response, and overall security resilience.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Vulnerability & patch management support
  • Security Operations assistance
  • Awareness & Documentation of Security Process and Policies
  • Email Security administration
Examples of key activities:
  • Monitor security tools (SIEM, EDR, email security, firewalls, cloud platforms) and perform initial alert triage.
  • Investigate and resolve low-medium-risk alerts; escalate high-risk issues when needed.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive activities to improve operational efficiency.
  • Create and maintain security documentation: SOPs, runbooks, FAQs, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Support cyber awareness activities such as phishing simulations and user reporting trends.
  • Monitor and manage email security alerts, including phishing attempts, malicious content, and policy optimisation.
