Are you a strategic reward leader with a passion for creating meaningful, market-leading colleague experiences? We’re looking for a Head of Reward to lead our Reward team and play a pivotal role in delivering a forward-thinking, competitive and compliant reward strategy that supports our people and business ambitions. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll partner with senior leaders across the organisation, influence decision-making at the highest level, and shape a reward offering that truly enables our colleagues to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and HR Business Partners on all aspects of reward and recognition
- Ensuring reward frameworks are consistent, competitive and compliant with regulatory and governance standards
- Leading the Group-wide benchmarking strategy, keeping us ahead of market trends and ensuring our offering remains compelling
- Overseeing all reward programmes, including Annual pay reviews, Benefits enrolment, Incentive schemes
- Driving insight-led improvements across the entire reward lifecycle
- Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of statutory reporting, including pay gap reporting
- Partnering closely with Talent Acquisition and Talent Development to align reward with our Employee Value Proposition and career pathways
- Preparing and delivering high-quality materials for the Executive Committee and Board Remuneration Committee
- Inspiring and developing a high-performing Reward team
Skills and Experience:
- Significant experience in a Reward leadership role
- Background in either financial services, professional services or a PLC/in‑house environment
- Strong analytical capability, with experience in reward modelling, job architecture and benefits design
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a “can-do” attitude
- Deep understanding of reward best practice and market trends
- Proven track record of leading and developing teams
