Purpose

We’re seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive individual to support the Group Customer Leadership and wider team in driving our marketing activities. This includes supporting communication and engagement strategies, plans, and initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the heart of a business—organizing, problem-solving, and bringing marketing ideas to life.

About the role:

  • Support departmental engagement and communication strategies using various channels, targeted to relevant audiences, with appropriate feedback mechanisms.
  • Manage local town halls and internal communication events—from logistics to content delivery.
  • Assist with drafting communications and managing content from initial drafts to publication, including on the intranet.
  • Support the delivery and communication of employee engagement survey results, collaborating with HRBP to develop local action plans.
  • Coordinate with the Group Communications and Engagement team on group-wide initiatives and messaging.
  • Stay informed of best practices and suggest enhancements for communication and engagement.
  • Engage with influencers and experts to boost brand visibility through campaigns.
  • Provide support to the wider Customer Leadership Team on brand, demand, engagement, and research activities.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including coordinating meetings, preparing papers, and creating key presentations.
  • Manage the schedule for committee, governance, and board updates, ensuring timely and quality paper production.

Skills & experience we’re looking for

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective stakeholder management, resolving issues, and understanding needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Results-oriented and delivery-focused.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
