Purpose
Reporting to the Head of Customer Engagement & Content as a part of a newly formed and growing team, this role will be dedicated to supporting our content strategy by ensuring seamless management, optimization, and delivery of high-quality, user-friendly content across our digital platforms.
You will play a pivotal role in the creation and growth of an always-on content and editorial engine; contributing to the expansion of the consumer portfolio through the delivery of compelling, timely, and relevant content.
This role will focus on utilising your CMS expertise (Optimizely or similar) to deliver exceptional content experiences while ensuring alignment with SEO, accessibility, and user experience (UX) best practices.
Skills and Knowledge
- Proven experience managing multi format digital content within a CMS environment (Optimizely or similar tools).
- Experience working on content-heavy platforms targeted at consumer audiences.
- Willingness to take the initiative with a solution-oriented demeanour and passion to provide phenomenal consumer experiences.
- A solution-focused and collaborative colleague who functions well in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of cross-functional teams.
- Skilled in managing multiple projects to a high standard and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Degree or equivalent in appropriate discipline such as Marketing or Communications.
Experience
- 5+ years’ proven experience in a similar role, working within a Marketing or Digital Content team with a lifestyle focus across digital propositions.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS to troubleshoot formatting issues.
- Proven experience in content management within a CMS environment.
- Strong understanding of web publishing, SEO, and digital content best practices.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and tagging best practices for content discoverability.
- Exceptional attention to detail with an eye for layout, structure, and accuracy.
