Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our customer contact team on a 6 month FTC. Our representatives act as the first point of contact for our UK Retail and Life Time Mortgage customers, ensuring they receive the support they need with minimal effort and feel cared for while achieving great outcomes when they call us.

Responsibilities

  • Answer queries from customers across our product range and provide great outcomes using a customer‑centric approach to call taking.
  • Make calls to third parties (e.g. ceding schemes, solicitors, intermediaries, GP surgeries) to ensure customers receive their income or mortgage funds in a timely manner.
  • Produce quotes and/or re‑quotes over the telephone.
  • Perform relevant administrative tasks and data entry in accordance with procedure, standards and industry regulation.
  • Liaise between departments and with internal & external customers to ensure accurate queries and a best‑possible customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a telephony customer services function.
  • Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) with passes in English and Maths (grade C or above).
  • Ability to explain complex information in plain, simple English and adapt language for different audiences.
  • Passion for delivering great customer service and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
