- Own the annuity proposition roadmap and define proposition changes, integrations and operational readiness requirements.
- Drive cross-functional delivery across actuarial, pricing, operations, change and wider business teams.
- Work closely with pricing and actuarial colleagues to ensure product features align with funding strategies, risk appetite and capital considerations.
- Act as the senior annuity proposition SME, providing expert guidance across pricing, underwriting and distribution.
- Partner with Technical and Governance teams to ensure propositions operate within established governance, approval and value assessment frameworks, while maintaining compliance with Consumer Duty, PROD and FCA requirements.
- Use MI, customer insight and market intelligence to identify opportunities, improve proposition performance and enhance customer outcomes.
- Influence senior stakeholders and represent the annuity proposition both internally and externally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Lead the development and ongoing enhancement of annuity propositions, including the preparation and delivery of supporting business cases.
- Lead definition of proposition changes, including integrations and operational readiness.

- Proven experience influencing and building credibility with senior stakeholders, using insight and expertise to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and leadership capability, with the ability to engage, inspire and align diverse audiences around a shared vision.
- Knowledge of annuity pricing dynamics, longevity risk and capital considerations, and how these factors influence proposition design and performance.
