Now, the brand is preparing for the next, with the aim of becoming accessible and available to our customers whenever and wherever they crave premium chocolate.
We are looking for experienced Sales Assistants to join our teams in our UK store/concessions. You will be expected to work as an individual and as part of a team to provide legendary service to all customers while achieving set business goals. It is essential that you maintain our exceptional standards and preserve our high expectations of food safety standards as well as cash accountability while maintaining the appearance of our iconic locations.
Position
We will ask you to create the Godiva experience by providing excellent customer service, quality beverages and products to Godiva standards, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment.
Qualifications
- Experienced in providing excellent customer service in the retail sector
- Proactive and results driven
- Educated to a good standard, with relevant professional experience in a similar role
- Highly self-motivated individual with a “can do” attitude and bring energy to our stores
- Passionate about chocolate
- A fluent English speaker
