What You'll Be Doing
- Slinging Top-Tier Coffee: Dialing in the beans, texturing silky milk, and serving up beautiful flat whites to our morning commuter and school rush.
- Running Your Own Ship: Setting up the trailer in the morning and packing it down at the end of the day. You’re the boss of your own space.
- Keeping the Vibe Alive: When there’s a breather, you’ll step out of the trailer to check on the Willow Café seating area—clearing a few tables, wiping things down, and keeping the space looking fresh and welcoming.
Who You Are
- You’ve got a minimum of 1–2 years behind a commercial espresso machine (bonus points if you’re a specialty coffee nerd).
- You’re a self-starter. Since you’re working solo, you don't need a manager telling you when to clean or restock—you just see it and smash it.
- You love people. You’re the kind of person who remembers a regular's name and their exact order.
- You’re reliable. The 7:30 AM rush depends on you being there with the machine hot and ready.
