The Opportunity: We provide the platform and tools to help independent restaurants move online and reach a significantly broader customer base – to generate increased orders and grow their businesses. As an After Sales Representative you’ll own the relationship to bring our new restaurant partners online, working cross functionally with our Sales, Production/Operations and Account Management teams. This will include welcoming new partners to Just Eat, helping them set up for success, getting them online and providing an outstanding service that delivers an amazing experience.
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
- Onboarding new partners: you will coordinate and execute the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they are onboarded with care and consideration tailored to their needs, and fully prepared to start taking orders in an efficient and timely manner.
- Setting them up for success: you will train, support and guide new partners in the best ways of working with Just Eat, and how they’re able to maximise their business with our partnership.
- Working cross functionally: you will work closely with teams all across the sales journey to ensure a high level of collaboration results in great experience for our new partners, including handing them off into our account management world at a high quality graduation point.
- Nursery Support: Proactively support new partners during their first 28 days post-launch to swiftly resolve issues and accelerate business growth, you will do this via business review check in points.
- Supporting the switch in “Delivery Type Change” along with “Change Of Ownership”.
