About this role:

The Strategic Accounts team has successfully grown over the past 18 months to become a vital component of our strategic objectives within the UK.

In the last few years, the food delivery industry has experienced unprecedented growth and transformation, and Just Eat has evolved at pace to meet redefined parameters, changing customer purchase behaviours, and the emergence of new industry players. We are looking for an experienced strategic account executive to join the team and play a pivotal role in the McDonald’s partnership.

These are some of the key components to the position:

  • Instrumental in the overall support and management of the McDonald’s partnership in the UK, contributing to high-level commercial planning, reporting and executing complex, impactful initiatives.
  • Play an integral role in the onboarding process for new restaurants, new zones & opening hours - ensuring that they are optimised for success.
  • Assist in designing, forecasting and implementing innovative growth plans to drive commercial output to customers.
  • Drive restaurant partner performance and engagement through data analysis to maximise performance and revenue on the platform.
  • Transform complex data into compelling narratives, identifying opportunities and diagnosing challenges to drive informed strategic decisions.
  • Support the preparation and lead impactful Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic sessions, translating insights into actionable recommendations and securing buy-in from senior stakeholders including weekly trade reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with McDonald’s stakeholders at a head office level & franchisees to drive commercial and operational performance & strategy.

  • Strong understanding of operational levers, coupled with excellent project management skills to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives effectively.
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with a track record of delivering results.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for the food and hospitality industry, combined with an interest in technology and its role in driving commercial success.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving targets.
