  • Mentor and nurture direct reports while championing best practices across the department.
  • Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders across UK business, global marketing teams, and agency partners.
  • Lead strategic cross-functional workstreams to drive continuous innovation and business outcomes.

What will you bring to the team?

  • Comprehensive expertise in media planning and buying across both Above-The-Line (ATL) and digital channels.
  • Proven ability to optimize agency-client dynamics and build strong external partnerships.
  • Practical familiarity with Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) outputs and incrementality testing to inform strategy.
  • Skill in communicating complex media concepts clearly to non-expert stakeholders.
  • Proactive, collaborative approach paired with analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to balance detail-oriented media execution with high-level strategic thinking.
