As a Senior Data Analyst in Global Fraud Analytics, you will lead the charge in protecting our platform from evolving threats while driving an AI-first analytics culture. Working with cross-functional partners, you will deliver data-driven solutions to safeguard our customers, couriers, and partners.

In this role, you will care for our platform ecosystem by balancing cutting-edge AI automation with rigorous sanity checks. Through teamwork, you will build innovative multi-agent systems and AI workflows to simplify operations and elevate fraud mitigation excellence.

These are some of the key components to the position:

  • Analyze complex datasets using SQL and AI tools to detect payment fraud, voucher abuse, and emerging typologies.
  • Aim high by designing and coordinating multi-agent AI ecosystems to automate end-to-end fraud detection.
  • Drive excellence in change management, mentoring colleagues to transform manual workflows into automated AI pipelines.
  • Establish robust quality control guardrails and sanity checks on all automated outputs for maximum accuracy.
  • Conceptualize AI models to test fraud rules and simulate vulnerabilities to continuously improve platform security.
  • Design, implement, and monitor fraud rules to minimize financial loss while maintaining a seamless customer experience.
  • Create insightful Looker/Tableau dashboards and AI-enhanced reporting to present clear narratives to senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across Agile teams using Jira to prioritize sprint deliverables and manage AI-driven integration projects.

  • Experience in data analytics within e-commerce, fintech, or payment processing environments.
  • Proven capability to orchestrate multi-agent AI systems and automate data analysis workflows.
  • Specialized knowledge of fraud typologies including chargebacks, payment fraud, and promotional abuse.
  • Technical proficiency in SQL (BigQuery) and advanced visualization tools like Tableau.
  • Strong commitment to achieving goals by implementing guardrails and validation checks for AI-generated data.
  • Ability to develop an understanding of internal and external partners to translate complex data into concise narratives.
  • Collaborative mindset to act responsibly while making a lasting impact across multi-market environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and database management principles.
