About this role
Join our Finance department's Enterprise Planning Systems team as a Senior Anaplan Specialist, where you will lead by driving our global financial planning infrastructure forward. In this role, you will champion a customer-centric approach to ensure our systems evolve alongside the needs of our business partners. You will deliver new system functionality and manage critical financial models through high-impact projects. Embracing our value of care, you will cultivate deep technical collaboration across a talented, supportive team. Through continuous model enhancement and effective stakeholder empowerment, you will leverage teamwork to deliver seamless, efficient processes that keep our global planning robust and agile.

- Contribute to the team's long-term vision while aiming high to lead the execution of our enterprise-wide system strategy.
- Continuously improve, extend, and maintain our Anaplan models, driving excellence across all core financial planning modules.
- Plan and execute the successful rollout of cutting-edge Anaplan features and critical Finance system initiatives.
- Set up, automate, and manage robust data flows and integrations connecting Anaplan with other key enterprise architectures.
- Develop and uphold strict team standards and best practices for highly effective model building and system governance.
- Facilitate engaging user training sessions and manage user queries with a focus on simplicity and process efficiency.
What will you bring to the team?
- Valid Anaplan Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner certification.
- Proven track record in FP&A implementations, showing how you stay committed to achieving goals across complex project lifecycles.
- Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help the team aim higher to drive excellence.
- Ability to develop an understanding of our internal and external partners to confidently navigate senior stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to simplify complex system structures and create clear documentation.
- A collaborative mindset to work independently and seamlessly alongside cross-functional finance and data squads.
- Technical familiarity with Polaris and Anaplan Workflows is preferred.
- Functional knowledge of enterprise systems such as Workday, OneStream, Google BigQuery, and GCS is preferred.
