About this role
As a Lead Strategy & Planning Analyst, you will serve as a senior analytical partner and strategic leader within the Retail Media function.
This role demands a high level of commercial expertise to successfully navigate the intersections of finance, sales and product.
You will be responsible for guiding our Retail Media analytical strategy, translating complex datasets into high-level business recommendations, and working closely with senior leadership to drive overall business growth.
We're looking for someone who can live our behaviours of lead, deliver and care, bring fresh ideas, challenge the status quo, and push for bold, creative solutions to drive our Retail Media ambitions forwards.

- Lead analytical efforts to provide high-impact data support across all Retail Media workstreams.
- Act as the primary analytical bridge between the Finance, Product, Sales and Marketing teams to drive cross-departmental alignment.
- Deliver strategic insights to senior stakeholders in order to optimize advertising revenue streams and elevate commercial performance.
- Drive excellence by translating complex datasets into actionable insights that optimize strategic commercial workflows.
- Collaborate across the team to build robust analytical frameworks, aiming high to elevate our data-driven decision-making.
- Move fast to establish data consistency across functions, breaking silos and keeping communication simple and efficient.
- Raise the bar by using advanced data and AI tools to maximize the impact of our Retail Media offering.
