Ready for a challenge? Then Just Eat Takeaway.com might be the place for you. We’re a leading global online delivery platform, and our vision is to empower everyday convenience. Whether it’s a Friday-night feast, a post-gym poke bowl, or grabbing some groceries, our tech platform connects tens of millions of customers with hundreds of thousands of restaurant, grocery and convenience partners across the globe.
As our Lead Go-To-Market (GTM) Program Manager for Enterprise, you will own the commercial strategy for our sponsored listings platform across major enterprise accounts in the UK, Germany, and the Netherlands. You will be the single-threaded owner for how we win, onboard, and grow our most strategically important partners, converting them into high-performing, loyal retail media advertisers. Operating at the strategic intersection of Commercial, Product, and Operations, you will lead category-defining solutions, deliver outstanding revenue results, and care for our cross-functional teams to succeed together.
Location: London (Hybrid)
These are some of the key components to the position:
- Define and execute GTM strategy for enterprise partners across the UK, DE, and NL.
- Own the full chain partner lifecycle - from winning new business through to activation, spend growth, and retention.
- Navigate HQ level and franchise structures, aligning objectives with franchisee-level activation.
- Design and run structured experiments on commercial models and onboarding mechanics - distilling results into repeatable playbooks.
- Lead cross-functional alignment across Commercial, Product, Operations, and local teams to resolve blockers and launch smoothly.
- Own enterprise segment performance across markets, tracking adoption, activated spend, and revenue growth.
What will you bring to the team?
- Proven hands-on experience in retail media, sponsored listings, or auction-based advertising platforms - you understand CPO/CPC bidding mechanics, campaign performance levers, and how to demonstrate ROI to advertisers.
- A track record of winning and growing enterprise or chain-level partners in an advertising, marketplace, or ad-tech environment - you know how to open doors at HQ level and drive adoption down to the operator level.
- Deep understanding of the enterprise and franchise commercial dynamic - selling to and activating partners who operate through distributed ownership structures.
- Excellent program management skills, with the ability to navigate matrix organisations and drive alignment across Commercial, Product, and local market teams.
- An experimentation mindset: you default to hypotheses over assumptions, design pilots before scaling, and use every enterprise engagement as an opportunity to generate structured, replicable learnings.
- Strong analytical capabilities - comfortable interpreting campaign performance data, building business cases, and turning market signals into strategic action.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent communication and storytelling skills for senior, diverse audiences.
