About this role: We're looking for a highly motivated and commercial Global Strategic Account Lead to lead and grow a key portfolio of our global restaurant partnerships across all of JET’s global markets. This is an exciting, high-exposure role where you will take full ownership of 1-2 Top 5 global brands driving their strategic growth and profitability across all JET markets. This is a chance to build deep expertise, manage a diverse portfolio, gain international commercial experience and contribute directly to the success of JET's most important enterprise partnerships.

  • Proactive Commercial Ownership: Act as the ultimate commercial owner of Top 5 restaurant brand portfolios. Shift account culture away from reactive ad-hoc problem solving and tech support toward independent, high-impact revenue generation.
  • C-Suite Influence & Storytelling: Move from static data reporting to sharp, executive-level commercial storytelling. Deliver high-urgency, action-oriented Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) that directly command partner investment, shift partner alignment, and navigate complex franchise networks.
  • Maximise investment and growth: Manage global relationships and support local account managers to secure maximise investment and growth on Just Eat.
  • Platform Health Strategy: Manage beyond account metrics to champion the platform's overarching health—driving courier efficiency, reducing customer churn, and orchestrating cross-functional infrastructure (Product & Tech, Logistics, Finance) to close tech gaps against key competitors.
  • Lead negotiations: Lead complex, multi-market commercial contract renegotiations from initial modeling to final signature.
  • Contractual Redlining & Alignment: Collaborate directly with internal Legal and Compliance teams to execute markups, establish rigid corporate red lines, and proactively resolve complex local market blockers (e.g., exclusivity structures, data-sharing friction).
  • Performance-Linked Structuring: Architect sophisticated, risk-mitigated legal terms—such as performance-linked commission structures conditional on strict operational SLAs and target-linked financial kickbacks.
  • Program Leadership: Design, structure, and execute global enablement programs such as Joint Business Plans (JBPs) for Top 10 enterprise brands.
  • Maximise local market adoption of programs: Scale playbooks and toolkits across local market to maximise impact.

What will you bring to the team? Proven experience leading strategic account management, corporate business development, or commercial contracting within enterprise software, e-commerce, or major global QSR/franchise structures. Proven experience driving high-value legal redlining cycles and managing legal contracting frameworks. Highly comfortable managing complex matrix organizational networks across various multi-national territories. Able to leverage data platforms (e.g., BigQuery, ThoughtSpot) to build robust revenue stories.
