Ready for a challenge? Just Eat Takeaway.com might be the place for you. We’re a leading global online food delivery platform, and our vision is to empower everyday convenience. Whether it’s a Friday-night feast, a post-gym poke bowl, or grabbing some groceries, our tech platform connects tens of millions of customers with hundreds of thousands of restaurant, grocery and convenience partners across the globe.

About this role: We are seeking a senior product leader to head our Delivery Execution pillar within the Logistics organisation. This role carries a dual mandate, you will own and optimise the live order journey - from courier acceptance through to successful delivery - ensuring reliability, efficiency, and proactive issue resolution at global scale. Secondly, you will define and scale new delivery models and growth vertical capabilities, including Delivery as a Service and External Fleet integrations, enabling the business to expand into grocery, retail, and new commercial partnerships.

The successful candidate will treat execution not as a narrow workflow, but as a scalable, configurable platform that powers both today’s operations and tomorrow’s growth. This is a global leadership role with significant impact across operations, growth verticals, and commercial strategy.

Location: Hybrid- 3 days a week from JETs London office & 2 days working from home

Reporting to: Director of Product

These are some of the key components to the position:

  • Own the product vision and strategy for the full live delivery lifecycle - from order acceptance to completion - ensuring seamless, reliable execution.
  • Drive measurable improvements in order handle time, live issue detection and proactive resolution and operational clarity and simplicity.
  • Lead the product vision and roadmap for emerging delivery models that extend and diversify our logistics capabilities.
  • Define how these models integrate seamlessly into the core execution system while maintaining reliability, simplicity, and scalability.
  • Operate comfortably at both strategic and detailed levels, with an ability to identify quick wins/simplifications rather than defaulting to large-scale rebuilds.
  • Product Ownership Across Four Core Teams, guiding a team of Senior PMs and engineers while engaging closely with leadership, operations, and regional stakeholders to ensure global alignment and adoption.

What will you bring to the team?

  • Significant demonstrable experience in product management, including experience working in senior leadership roles.
  • Demonstrable experience in scaling new product models or delivery capabilities alongside core operational ownership.
  • Strong product vision with the ability to articulate and drive new delivery models.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills across operational, commercial, and technical leadership.
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and detailed levels.
  • Bias toward pragmatic, high-impact solutions over unnecessary complexity.
  • Experience leading globally distributed teams and systems.
  • Experience in logistics, marketplace, on-demand, or real-time operational systems is beneficial but not required.
