Do Just Eat Couriers need background checks?

We have a range of equipment you can purchase for a very reasonable price depending on your needs from jackets, helmets and of course our thermal bags to ensure food is delivered safely and correctly. Do I need to submit my availability to deliver for Just Eat every week?
Yes, we mainly operate a closed network. This is to help make sure we maintain a balance of couriers and orders. When things are busy, you might have the opportunity to jump on a “open runs” and start delivering straight away.
