About this role We are looking for a smart, energetic, and highly organised individual who is passionate about making a difference in the Just Eat Takeaway – Courier space. This is an opportunity to work on a large, cross-functional initiative on the delivery platform with multiple delivery partners and markets. You will drive highly visible cross-functional and group initiatives with direct exposure to top leadership, focused on delivering a better and more consistent experience with our delivery partners. You\’ll sit across multiple, related, Agile development teams, working to ensure they are as effective, data-driven, and healthy as possible. These are some of the key components to the position: Drive cross-functional, global teams focused on commercial outcomes. Work closely with product, business analysis, delivery, design, engineering, finance and legal to deliver value for the business Work with teams to ensure product and technical work are broken down, sequenced, and resourced in a way that delivers maxim business value, minimises risk, and achieves the company objectives Create and manage cross functional programme plans; understanding, managing and mitigating any dependencies, risks, issues or blockers Work across organisational and geographical boundaries, to help our teams across the globe to feel as one team and enable them to deliver value faster Review, facilitate and realign ways of working, processes and practice to ensure effective, lightweight agile delivery Support Lead Technical Program Manager as necessary in managing the current portfolio of projects What will you bring to the team? Experience in the technology, digital, e-commerce, or delivery industry Proven track record of delivering multiple technical or digital projects and/or products that meet business outcomes and drive value for the business Experience cultivating and facilitating Agile, Lean, and Waterfall methodologies within software development teams Peer, senior, and executive stakeholder management, including influencing, reporting, and communication. Proven track record of working with distributed and remote development teams.
