About the Role
As part of the Strategy and Transformation team within JET’s Corporate and Commercial Strategy department, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering cross-functional, multi-geography strategic initiatives. This team of strategy and project and programme delivery experts is at the heart of JET’s mission to empower everyday convenience.
These are some of the key components to the role:

Programme Strategy & Planning: Define, plan, and execute integrated global programmes and large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with organisational strategic goals and priorities.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and coordinate resources and activities across multiple functional areas and geographies to achieve programme objectives.

Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong, credible relationships with senior leadership, executive sponsors, and multi matrix stakeholders across geographies, providing clear, concise, and timely communication on programme status, risks, and dependencies.

Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and manage programme risks, dependencies, and issues, developing mitigation strategies and timely escalations as required.

Governance & Reporting: Establish and enforce robust programme governance, including regular reporting, reviews, and decision-making structures appropriate for cross functional environments.

Budget & Resource Management: Manage programme budgets, tracking expenditures, and optimising resource allocation across projects within the programme portfolio.

Process Improvement: Champion best practices in programme and project management, driving continuous improvement in execution and delivery methodologies across the organization.

Problem Solving: Applying a problem-solving mindset to manage projects / programmes, incorporating analytics and data-driven insights to inform key decisions.
What will you bring to the team?

Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in programme and project management, with significant experience managing multi geographical, complex, and cross-functional programmes. ideally within a consultancy or corporate environment.

Global Acumen: Proven experience working effectively across different cultures, time zones, and business units.

Methodologies: Solid understanding and practical experience with various project and programme management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex concepts to a variety of audiences.

Tooling: Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Jira, Trello)

Excellence: Ability to keep calm and drive projects / programmes in a fast-paced, global environment with a strong drive for excellence.
