About This Role
Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior Technology Manager to lead our Collaboration & Productivity Services team. This role is pivotal in driving the strategy, roadmap, and successful delivery of critical enterprise collaboration platforms and productivity tools. The Senior Technology Manager will be responsible for two distinct but interconnected functions: Collaboration Platform and Productivity Services.
This leader will foster a strong team, manage budgets, and ensure our technology offerings align with business objectives, enhancing efficiency and fostering innovation across the organisation.
This person will also be working closely with the Global Procurement team to manage all Enterprise IT third party contracts and relationships supporting all functional teams.

At Just Eat, the Technology Manager is responsible for ensuring that their team performs well and has all of the capabilities required in order to achieve their objectives. Whilst the Technology Manager need not be expert in all disciplines, they should have sufficient working knowledge to be able to lead, support and challenge each area.
You’ll Be Accountable For
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of technology professionals within both Collaboration Platform and Productivity Services.
- Define the strategic vision, roadmap, and goals for all collaboration and productivity tools, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Manage the budget for both functions, optimising resource allocation and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of innovation and operational excellence within the team.
- Oversee the administration, optimization, and evolution of core collaboration platforms, including Google Workspace, Slack Enterprise Grid, Miro Enterprise, and other in-scope collaboration tools.
- Lead the development and implementation of Slack Bots and automation solutions to enhance collaboration workflows and efficiency.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of all collaboration platforms.
- Manage and optimize a suite of productivity tools such as Jira, Confluence, 1Password, and Zapier.
- Drive the initiative to establish and offer Robotics Process Automation (RPA) as a service to the business, including strategy, platform selection, implementation, and ongoing support.
- Identify opportunities to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency through the effective use of productivity tools and RPA.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and user adoption of all productivity services.

You will have experience matching some of the following;
- Experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing collaboration or productivity platforms.
- Proven experience managing teams responsible for Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, and Confluence.
- Demonstrated experience with budget management and strategic planning.
- Strong understanding of automation principles and experience with implementing automation solutions (e.g., Slack Bots, Zapier).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
