About this role:
- Please note that this position is located in Enschede OR in Amsterdam (3 days a week at our office and 2 days working from home). For Amsterdam's location, you will be requested to travel 2 to 4 times a month to the Enschede office to meet with the team.

You’ll work with diverse product and engineering teams, partnering with key stakeholders to align projects with our core business priorities. - Be a bridge between our Product & Tech teams and business partners, fostering clear communication and ensuring programs deliver agreed-upon outcomes.
- Proactively identify, manage, and resolve risks, dependencies, and challenges. You’ll anticipate potential roadblocks and escalate appropriately, balancing business needs with technical feasibility.
- Independently solve complex problems, creatively identifying trade-offs and proposing innovative solutions.
- Transform large, complex programs into manageable projects, developing clear specifications and driving successful, on-time delivery.
- Maintain program governance and transparency through comprehensive documentation and reporting (e.g., metrics, data, financial information, delivery plans, risk registers, status reports).
- Champion best practices in Technical Program Management across Just Eat Takeaway.

- Demonstrated ability to thrive independently in fast-moving environments, taking initiative and driving results.

- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence (preferred).
